The big news from the show was David Dobson jumping the only clean round in the Derby and so collecting the Nufarm $1000 bonus plus the $1000 for winning the class on Pico Bello

Junior rider Evie Buller showed she has what it takes to tackle one of the tougher showjumping tracks in WA.

Youth wins over experience at KenTaur FEI World Cup Qualifier...

A talented young horse and a talented young rider took out the first and second placings at the KenTaur FEI World Cup Qualifier held Saturday night at the State Equestrian Centre at Brigadoon, outside Perth

Our students results were Anna McGregor placing 2nd in the Ken Taur World Cup Qualifier. Evie Buller winning the Go for 2 & 5 under 21yrs, with Georgie Siciliano placing 5th and 6th.

Anna McGregor, Stephanie Tucker and Evie Buller are currently doing very well on the leaderboard.

Our students had another great show with Georgie Siciliano with the impressive Soltarella 3rd with a very stylish Jump Off on Saturday in the 120cm and 2nd Junior Jumper. Georgie jumped a Clear Round then unlucky 4 faults in the Bronze Cup.

Stephanie Tucker placed 2nd in Bronze Cup with three lovely clear rounds on her mare Kaluna Devine

Anna Mc Gregor riding Mandarin placed 3rd in the Gold Cup and 5th in the 140cm

Lilly Diamantis, Kelly Stevens and Izabelle Dobson had a super weekend in the pony ring, Lilly and Kelly gained many placed whilst Izabelle a little behind in the Jump Off times did some good rounds.

Gillian Arnolds new horse recently purchased from Barrabadeen Stud had its first outing and they looked like a very promising combination.

The Perth Royal Show was an exciting and very successful event with our team.

Pico Bello won the Leading Horse title. First in the Pacific League World Cup Qualifier, first in the Countryman Cup Grand Prix, First in Part 1 AM5 and a close 2nd in Part 1 Table C.

Now the comment on 5 year olds by Pico Bello jumping in New Zealand from Mount View Stud is "Everyone is talking about the 3 horses by Pico Bello that have been to the first few shows. We sold them all unbroken and they all went to good riders, and they all jump very well. They are VERY special."

Argyle Stables Indigo had also a successful closely following Pico Bello all the way. Second in the Pacific League World Cup Qualifier, 2nd in the Countraman Cup Grand Prix, 2nd in the Part 1 AM5, and 3rd in Part 1 Table C.

Nagaro had some top performances winning the State Speed Championships, and winning the Part 1 Table C, and placing 3rd in the Countryman Cup Grand Prix.

Wayern Forte placed 5th in the Part 3 Table C.

Barrabadeen Halifax placed 2nd in the Susan Bond Mini Prix, 4th in the State Speed Championships and winning the Part 2 Table C.

Caesar Placed 3rd in the Susan Bond Mini Prix, and 3rd in the Part 2 AM5.

Our young students also doing very well, Stephanie Tucker winning all of her 3 Young Rider Classes, and 13 year old Georgie Siciliano winning Part 3 Mini Prix.

The Patrons Cup Showjumping Extravaganza was a very successful weekend for the Argyle Team, with our stallion Argyle Stables Pico Bello taking out the Patrons Cup Grand Prix.

Argyle Stables Pico Bello is currently leading the Horse of the Year and Argyle Stables Indigo is in second place.

Argyle Stables Akon had a succesful outing winning the Gaenor McInnes Memorial and placing 2nd in the C Grade. Akon is proving himself to be a Grand Prix horse in the making.

13 year old Junior Rider Georgie Sicilliano had an excellent weekend on the horses Yalambis Solterella and Speedy Sam placing 4th in the C Grade, 4th Delarmarie Stud Diamond Stakes 110cm, 2nd STC Junior, =4th Senic Nominees C Grade, 5th Gaenor McInnes Memorial.

16 year old Stephanie Tucker had a good weekend on her team of horses 110cm Delarmarie Stud Diamond Stakes, 3rd STC Junior Jumper, 2nd Young Riders National Squad Selection Class.

Young Rider Anna McGregor who has been training successfully at Argyle for many years placed 1st Young Riders National Squad Selection Class and =2nd Patrons Cup Grand Prix
